Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Assistant HR Manager with general HR administrationThis role is ideally suited to someone who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and would like some experience working in Human Resources in a multi-national business
Responsibilities:
General HR administration including working with employee files, I-9's, HR box and other administrative work Working with the Assistant HR Manager to ensure that the HRIS system is accurately recording and calculating PTO Support the Assistant HR Manager with on-boarding and off-boardingEnsure paperwork is sent, collected and completedAs well as proper notices are emailedAssist with creating HR related reports as needed Address employee general queries as neededAdditional administrative tasks as needed The successful candidate will have:
Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, etc), Google Docs Organizational skills Good communication Ability to work independently Reasons why you should join us!
